The package typically comprises a big bag discharging station, screw conveyor, lump breaker/crusher, heated mixing tank, agitator, and associated transfer pumps and instrumentation. Solid urea is discharged from the big bags, conveyed through a lump breaker to ensure uniform particle size, and fed into a heated dissolution tank where controlled heating and continuous agitation ensure rapid dissolution and preparation of a homogeneous urea solution.The system can be supplied with a high degree of automation, including level monitoring, concentration control, temperature control, and seamless integration with downstream SNCR/SCR dosing systems, ensuring reliable and continuous reagent availability.
